- 1 whole chicken
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 stalk lemongrass crushed
- 1 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 400 milk coconut
- oil for frying
Spices that :
- 5 grains of red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon hazelnut
- 2 cm ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
How to cook :
- stab the chicken with fork. sprinkle yeast. let stand 5 hours. Marinate chicken with seasoning and let stand 1 hour longer.
- add chicken to pan presto pour the coconut milk. Add the lemon grass, bay leaves and galangal. Cook for 1 hour.
- remove chicken from pan and let cool presto.
- Fry until cooked.
