Goat Fried Rice

Ingredients :

  • White rice, 400 grams
  • 50 grams of fat goat
  • 200 grams young goat meat, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon cumin oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 stalks green onion, cut into rough
  • 2 pieces cabbages, cut into rough
  • 1/2 tomato, cut into rough

Subtle seasoning :
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 grains onion
  • 2 pieces red pepper
  • 3 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


Complement :

  • fried onion, to taste
  • raw pickles (cucumber, pineapple, chili pepper)
  • prawn crackers

How to make :

Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
Enter the lamb, cumin oil and cabbage. Stir well. Close the pan, and cook until meat is tender.
Add the other ingredients, cook until the flavors to infuse while stirring. Remove from heat.
Serve warm with a complement.
