Ingredients :
- 500 g tempeh, cut into 2 cm, fried soft boiled
- 2 stalks lemon grass, white part, thinly sliced
- 3 lime leaves, thinly sliced
- 5 pieces tomato, chopped
- 15 pieces chili sauce
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 g basil leaves
- 100 ml of water
- 12 pieces skewers
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
Spices :
- 6 pieces red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 pieces red chili
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 pieces hazelnut
How to make :
Heat the cooking oil, saute ground spices with lemon grass and lime leaves until fragrant, pour water and stir well.
Enter tempeh, tomatoes, chili sauce, sugar and salt, stir, cook until sauce thickens, put basil and lime juice. Stir briefly, remove from heat.
Puncture a few pieces of tempeh, roasted until fragrant.
