- 500 grams tenderloin beef, thin slices. After that puncture using fork.

How to make :
Marinate the beef in thin slices that have been with 1/2 teaspoon salt, withe pepper, i teaspoon constrach and beaten eggs. Wrap with papaya leaves, and let stand for 3 hour to allow flavors to infuse.
Saute (note : medium heat) garlic and onion to the skillet used to fry meat before, mix until wilted.
Enter the red chili, ang siu, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper, green peppers and fried meat, stir well then enter the broth.
Enter the nutmeg powder, cornstarch (mixed with water) and salt to taste. Cook (while stirring accasionally) until the sauce looks slightly thickened and almost gone.
Remove and serve.
