Peking Duck

The main ingredient Peking Duck recipes :

  • 1 peking duck tail, weighs 1.8 kg
  • 3 pieces of cucumber 
  • 10 sheet spring roll skin
  • 2 leeks


Peking duck sauce  ingredients :

  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sauce taoco

Seasoning ingredients :
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 spring onions
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon corinder
  • 2 leeks
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 2 pieces of flower deaf
  • 1/2 ounce goblong
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons saun ptum
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning ngohiong

How to make the sauce :
  • Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet.
  • Saute tauco, until fragrant, add the fish sauce and sugar.
  • Cook for 2 to 4 minutes.

How to make peking duck :

Mix all spice duck into one.
Put all the spices into the body of a duck, also coat the outside.
Sew the duck anus to allow the flavors that have been included so as not to spill out.
Hang duck for about 8 to 9 hour, so flavors mingle. Boil until tender duck.
Preheat the oven, roast the duck for 1 hour. Until dark brown. Remove from heat and serve

How to eat : Take a piece of spring roll skin, basting with sauce. Put a little cucumber, scallions, duck skin and meat, then fold like aspring roll.
