- 300 grams follows a young goat meat bones
- 250 grams goat offal
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 liter coconut milk from 1 coconut grated peeled
- 1 liter of water
- 4 pieces of cardamom
- 6 grains of pimento
- 3 cm cinnamon
- 5 cm galangal
- 4 stalks lemon grass, cruhsed
- 5 bay leaves
- 8 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 tablespoons fried shallots
Spices :
- 3 red chili
- 10 grains of red onion
- 8 cloves garlic
- 6 eggs nutmeg
- 3 cm ginger
- 5 cm turmeric
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel
- 1 teaspoon sour java
- 1 teaspoon salt, according to taste
- 2 teaspoons sugar
How to make :
Cut into pieces of meat and offal, boiled with water until slightly tender.
Heat oil, saute ground spices along with other spices until fragrant and cooked.
Pour the coconut milk, cook over low heat while stirring occasionally until meat is tender and gravy greasy.
Serve hot.
