Sweet Potato Pudding

Sweet potato pudding recipe:

Sweet potato pudding Ingredients :

  • 300 grams of sweet potato, peeled, steamed, then puree
  • 180 grams of brown sugar
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 250 grams self-raising flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten of
  • 75 ml heavy cream


How to make sweet potato pudding :

  • Mix the brown sugar and butter, cook over low heat until brown sugar dissolves, no need to boil. Let stand until the solution is rather cool.
  • Combine self-raising flour with vanilla, and enter the solution of sugar and sweet potato puree that has been in the mix until well blended.
  • Add the beaten eggs and heavy cream, stirring until blended.
  • Turn the oven to 338 degrees F'
  • Insert the dizziness batter into the pan that has been spread with margarine and covered with baking paper. Prepare a container larger than the pan, fill with boiling water. Insert pan containing the mixture into a container which was filled with hot water.
  • Bake in the oven until cooked.
  • Serve.
