Sweet potato pudding Ingredients :
- 300 grams of sweet potato, peeled, steamed, then puree
- 180 grams of brown sugar
- 125 grams of butter
- 250 grams self-raising flour
- 2 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 eggs, beaten of
- 75 ml heavy cream
How to make sweet potato pudding :
- Mix the brown sugar and butter, cook over low heat until brown sugar dissolves, no need to boil. Let stand until the solution is rather cool.
- Combine self-raising flour with vanilla, and enter the solution of sugar and sweet potato puree that has been in the mix until well blended.
- Add the beaten eggs and heavy cream, stirring until blended.
- Turn the oven to 338 degrees F'
- Insert the dizziness batter into the pan that has been spread with margarine and covered with baking paper. Prepare a container larger than the pan, fill with boiling water. Insert pan containing the mixture into a container which was filled with hot water.
- Bake in the oven until cooked.
- Serve.
