Javanese Fried Rice

Ingredient :

  • 500 g rice
  • 200 g of fried chicken breast
  • 200 g fresh shrimp, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 100 g of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 leek, thinly sliced

Spices:
  • 8 cloves red onion
  • 6 cloves onion
  • 4 grains of nutmeg
  • 3 red chilies
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • fried onion for toping

Complement 
  • Cucumber and Craclers

How to make :

Separate the grains of rice with a fork/spoon/ladle so as not toclot. Fried shredded chicken meat, discarding bones and set aside.
whisk the eggs from loose. Put salt and stir well. Heat 1tablespoon oil in a frying pan, put the beaten eggs, stir until become scrambled. Once the eggs cooked, remove and set aside.
Heat remaining oil in a skillet, saute ground spices and chopped shrimp with stir. After a fragrant aroma, put tomatoes and soy sauce, stir until tomatoes are not juicy.
Enter the shredded chicken, cabbage, scallions and scrambled eggs, stir until well blended. Add rice, stirring constantly until rice is smoking, remove from heat.
Transfer the rice into a serving dish, sprinkle fried onions on top, Serve with cucumber complementary and crackers.
