Taliwang Chicken

Material :

  • 1 whole young chicken
  • 2 lemon juice 
  • salt (to taste)
  • 5 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 500 ml of water

Spices :
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 20 grains of red onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • 2 cm kencur
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Method :

Halve chicken breasts, then turning his body and hit the back of the chicken until chicken is wide open cleavage. Combine the lemon juice and salt and then smear the chicken until flat. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Saute all spices until fragrant. Add the chicken that has been smeared orange juice and salt earlier and then pour water and cover. Let cook over low heat until chicken is tender and the flavor is rather dry. 
Remove the chicken and sear while occasionally smeared with rest of the seasoning was.
Grilled chicken until lightly browned and attractive.After that lift and serve with warm rice.
