Fried Rice

Material :

  • a plate of rice
  • 50 g diced chicken meat
  • 3 tail chopped shrimp
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • salt to taste (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • tomato sauce 1 small sacet
  • 1 small chili sacet sauce
  • 2 teasponn soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon angsiu
  • 1 leek cut into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon bouill on powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil

Materials in the puree :
  • 1 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 whole red onion

Method :

Heat oil beat together the egg enter shredded chicken and shrimp. Wait until the red shrimp, then enter spice puree and sugar. After removing the smell fragrant, put rice, tomatoes sauce, chili sauce, sliced scallions, soy sauce, bouillon powder and vegetables. Blend all ingredients once well blended enter angsiu and salt. Stir well again and feel. After all ingredients mix completely, wait a minute remove and serve.
